Last Friday, we celebrated South Asian heritage month. The office was decorated with South Asian themed accessories and members of the team brought along a variety of South Asian food, contributing to a buffet for the team. Who knew we had such good cooks amongst the team.
South Asian Heritage Month began on Monday 18th July and aims to raise awareness of South Asian cultures, traditions and history. These celebrations of South Asia raise awareness of the impact the culture has on the UK today. The month of celebration comes to an end on Wednesday 17th August, formally the date that the Radcliffe line was published back in 1947.
