All our training courses are employer led, with our delivery team priding themselves in looking at the individual needs of our candidates, ensuring that they consider their learning styles and give the most appropriate support. This includes drawing on their own life and sector specific experience. Employers attend our programmes to give an overview of their organisations, enhancing candidate experience and giving them the best opportunity possible to progress into sustainable employment.
We deliver a range of courses that we have developed in response to the needs of the employers that we work with, very often contextualising the delivery of the course to their specific needs. The courses that we deliver include NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to the Facilities Industry, Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Warehousing and Storage and Level 1 Award in Occupational Studies.
