On Thursday 2nd February it was Time to Talk Day. The day was about encouraging family, friends or colleagues to open up about their mental health and reduce the stigma around it.
To encourage this we held a coffee morning here at Castleview, all money raised on the bake sale will be donated to Mind. Remember to look out for those around you.
